Share Groups

Share groups are a great way to connect with others that have experienced similar situations. Listening to others experiences is a great way for you to continue in your healing process knowing there are others who share the same feelings. Sharing your own experience is also a great way to heal and possibly help someone else who may not be as far into their journey of losing a child. A share group can be in person or even on social media platforms. Locally we have a share group that meets quarterly at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ID.
